Meet SMOKIE! He is one of our really long term fosters and has been waiting for his person to come around for him! He is such a good boy and his tail is always wagging. He has a kind heart and is really looking to share it with his new family.

Who is active and willing to keep up this boys obedience and give him ALL the lovins? Smokie deserves it and he has SO much to offer. Everyday his foster works on his obedience and leash skills, and he has perfected his heel... his place command, all types of environments with distractions... His foster has taken him to lunch with her, to the drive through at Dunkin’ Donuts where he loves whipped cream, to the gym, and he is learning to take affection 1000x better now. 

His foster has two other dogs and he sees them as his pack now and loves them unconditionally, cleaning them and always wanting to be near them. His favorite time is the walks together and playing with toys! We are looking for a home with older kids who are doggie savvy if there are kids in the home.  

His foster calls him her piglet as he makes little oink grumbles and sounds and it’s soooo cute. Several people have seen our journey with Smokie and can attest that this guy is an absolute catch and deserves the right forever home.
