Bella is approximately a 50 pound, 6 month old lab mix. She’s completely vetted and spayed. Currently, Bella is being fostered with a family including 2 large dogs and a six month old child. She does well with her foster brother and sister, and loves to play. She is very sweet and gentle with the six month old baby in her foster home. Bella was originally dropped at a shelter with her brother. Unfortunately, Bella’s brother was adopted, but Bella was left behind. After losing her brother, she lost her confidence as well. Although Bella takes a little bit of time to warm up to new people, she is very loyal and always close once she knows you. Bella has all the love in the world to give, however, she still requires a lot of patience as she continues basic training and potty training. Her foster mom has been working with her on impulse control. She now sits and waits until she is given the okay to eat her food, which she learned in just a few days! Bella loves to curl up on the couch, especially if there’s someone near to love on her. Bella would do best with a family that has a lot of time to invest in her and involve her in family outings. Bella still needs a lot of basic training, but with consistency and patience, Bella will be the perfect companion!
