Omg Harvey has had a rough start. Came to the shelter as a stray with a horrible gnash on his forehead and a broken toe and bruises. Very underweight and depressed. Since we rescued he has started to gain weight and has proven to be the sweetest most laid back dog. Nothing bothers him. We think that at some point he must have belonged to family with children because he seems to gravitate towards them. He wants nothing more than to be part of a family. He is a awesome dog. Rescued literally 45 mins before he was to be put down due to no space at the shelter and his time was up. So worth saving. Being fostered near Raleigh.
