From what we have learned about Lucy, it’s seem to be the typical hound dog story. A dog that was meant to be a hunting dog. A dog that never stepped foot in a home. A dog that was never shown love but expected to do a job. A dog that was never spoken to kindly. A dog that never learned how to play because she was never played with. A dog that never had a soft blanket or pillow to snuggle up on. Lucy was not house broken. Lucy cowers at loud noises or raised voices. Lucy feels safe in her crate and adores her soft pillow. Lucy welcomes kindness. Lucy is happiest near her people. Lucy is heartworm positive but is on her way to being healthy. Lucy deserves this second chance. Yes Lucy’s story is very familiar but the second half of her story will be heartwarming.....want be part of her second half?
