Simon is a feisty little fellow who just loves to play. He loves every cat he meets and immediately wants to make friends. He is my little investigator because he has to check everything new out. He does like to get rubs when the time is right...his time not yours but still he is a cute sweet little boy. He will be neutered at the appropriate age
