Bumpers is a very sweet little girl. She is a special needs girl because of a neurological issue. She loses balance every once in a while and sometimes bumps into stuff. It is very slight and otherwise perfectly healthy. She likes her toys a lot and likes to put them in her water bowl. As you can see, she is a real beauty and she knows it.
