Mr. Panda is a sweet and spunky little fur ball. He is full of energy and loves to chase. He could play for hours on end before he naps in your lap. He can't stand being alone and prefers to sleep with you. He is not fully vetted so Wilmington residents may foster-to-adopt on a case by case basis. Otherwise, he will not be ready for adoption until he is 16 weeks and fixed.
