Tapper is a young male long haired chihuahua.  He is very shy at first and it takes several days to gain his trust.  He gets along great with other dogs but really wants to be close to his person.  Children are not recommend for Tapper.  A fenced in yard is strongly suggested or strict walking on a leash.  Absolutely no E collars will be considered.  Tapper is not yet neutered so he is only available as a foster to adopt until his neuter is completed.
