Pepper is the happiest little boy you will ever want to meet.  You would never know that he had a traumatic past.  Pepper was found on the side of the road in a crate with some back and neck injuries.  After a trip to the vet and a lot of TLC he is on the mend.  He is currently on medication for a neurological disorder.  Although he has improved tremendously since arriving at the rescue, Pepper may have to stay on medication for the rest of his life.  But don't let that deter you from meeting him because it certainly doesn't slow him down any.  All he needs to be happy is his bed, his food and his person.  Could that person be you?
